Arrangements for the commemoration of ANZAC Day services in Tully, Innisfail, El Arish and Cardwell on Saturday, the 25th April 2009, are as follows:-

| 5.30am | Dawn Parade – assemble Tigers Leagues Club (RSL Club) for march to Cenotaph – Mitchell Park. |
| 9.40am | Parade assembles at Butler and Still Street intersection. |
| 10.00am | Parade marches to Stone of Remembrance – Cenotaph, Mitchell Park via Butler and Bryant Streets. |
| 10.15am | Community Commemoration Ceremony and Laying of Wreaths – Cenotaph – Mitchell Park. |
| 12.30pm | ANZAC Luncheon at the Tigers Leagues Club (RSL) for all participating Ex-Service Personnel and their partners. |
| Innisfail | |
| 4.00am | Dawn Parade – Muster of Ex-Service People at RSL Kokoda Bar for assemble at Cenotaph Jack Fossey Park where public are invited to join tin the service. |
| 9.45am | Assemble at Innisfail RSL |
| 10.00am | Parade marches from RSL via Edith Street to Ernest Street returning to Cenotaph on Fitzgerald Esplanade |
| 10.30am | Community Commemoration Ceremony and Laying of Wreaths – Cenotaph – Jack Fossey Park. |
| 11.45am | Community is invited to RSL Innisfail Sub Branch including all participating Ex-Service personnel and their partners |

| 4.30am | Dawn Service at El Arish Community Hall |
| Cardwell | |
| 5.30am | Dawn Parade at Cardwell Library |
| 9.00am | ANZAC Commemoration Service – Cardwell Care Inc. Rockingham |
| 11.00am | Parade assembles at Cenotaph on Victoria Street |
| 11.30am | Community Commemoration Ceremony at Cenotaph – Victoria Street |
| 12.00pm | Parade marches to Post Office along Victoria Street |
| 12.30pm | ANZAC Luncheon at Cardwell RSL, Roma Street, Cardwell |
