Tender – 0910/003 – Lease of Land at Jack Fossey Park
Tenders are invited from prospective Lessees for the Lease of approximately 50M² of land at Jack Fossey Park, Fitzgerald Esplanade Reserve, Innisfail for the purpose of constructing a food outlet on the land.
The terms and conditions of the proposed Lease are set out in the Lease document, a copy of which can be obtained from the Council, together with the conditions of tendering, prescribed form of tender and details of the Reserve.
Please note the Lease document includes provision for the payment of a premium. This is an upfront payment to be made by the Lessee at the commencement of the Lease in recognition of the fact that the Lessee will, in effect, develop a business within the vicinity of a long established business of kiosk/caravan.
Where the Tenderer is a Company, Directors’ Guarantees in the form of the Guarantee as set out in the Lease document will be required.

Tenders must be lodged in a sealed envelope endorsed “T.0910-003 Lease of Land at the Jack Fossey Park for purpose of constructing and managing a food outlet” and delivered to the Customer Service Section Rankin Street, Innisfail or placed in the tender box, Civic Centre Bryant Street Tully by 3.00 pm 12 October 2009. A Tender received by telephonic or telegraphic devices, telegram, telex, facsimile or other electronic means, will not be considered.
The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
