NOTICE OF SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING

In accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and the Local Government Regulation
2012, Council is required to adopt its Annual Budget prior to 1 August each year. In
accordance with Section 170 of the Local Government Act 2009, a Local Government
must consider the Budget presented and, by Resolution, adopt the Budget with or without
amendment.
