Contact your bank or financial institution to make this payment directly from your cheque, savings, debit, credit card or transaction account.

Payment can be made by either presenting your notice at any Australia Post outlet, calling 13 18 16 or on the internet at www.postbillpay.com.au. Please quote the Billpay Code and the reference number as shown on the front of your notice.

Call Cassowary Coast Regional Council on 1300 276 468 any time to make this payment from your MasterCard or Visa. Please quote your Customer Reference Number located on the front of your notice.

You can pay your rates online through Council’s Bpoint Service using Mastercard or Visa.

Payment by Direct Debit
Contact the Rates Section in regards to a “Continuous Direct Debit Request” to arrange funds to be debited from your nominated account from your financial institution on a regular basis.
Please note that if your rates are not paid by the discount date an arrangement must be made with Council.

Detach the bottom portion of your notice and mail with you payment to the address listed below:

Cheques and money orders should be made payable to Cassowary Coast Regional Council and crossed ‘Not Negotiable’. If a receipt is required tick the receipt required box on the bottom portion of your notice.
If mailing your remittance please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach Council office before the closing date. It is strongly suggested that payment is not left until the last few days, as Council does not accept responsibility for postal or other unforeseen delays.
