Community venues for hire

The Cassowary Coast Regional Council has a number of venues available for hire ranging from halls and outdoor recreational areas to meeting rooms:

SHIRE HALL (INNISFAIL)

The Shire Hall is located at 70 Rankin Street, Innisfail. The hall and foyer are available for hire by the public and private sector.

DISASTER MANAGEMENT PUBLIC EDUCATION & TRAINING CENTRE (INNISFAIL)

Council has a well-equipped, disable-friendly Disaster Management Public Education and Training Centre at Flying Fish Point Road, Innisfail, next door to the Innisfail SES headquarters. This centre is available for hire by the public and private sector.

CIVIC CENTRE (TULLY)

The Civic Centre is located at 38-40 Bryant Street, Tully. The Council Chambers and lobby are available for hire by the public and private sector.

The Sports Stadium (or Igloo) is situated in the Tully Showgrounds, Butler Street Tully.

WARRINA LAKES (INNISFAIL)

Pool hire

The facility includes:

Pool
Children's playground with shade cloth
Soccer and football fields near the pool area
Two volleyball courts
Outdoor amphitheatre – limited power (concerts require a generator)

LIBRARY MEETING ROOMS
Cardwell Library (map) has a meeting room and adjoining activities room available for hire by the public and private sector both during and outside library opening hours.
