The Corporate Plan adopted by Council on April 24 2013 sets the direction for the Cassowary Coast community and Cassowary Coast Regional Council's decision-making: working together to achieve our vision for the region.

The Corporate Plan is a high-level strategic document containing key outcomes and strategies.

Subsequent documents such as the Annual Operational Plan and Budget will provide details on what is to be achieved each year.
