Cassowary Coast Regional Council is collecting your personal information to process your submission in relation to registering a new dog s stated in this webform. The collection of this information is authorised under the Local Government Act 2009. Your personal information will not be disclosed to a third party unless required by law. You may access this information on the appropriate form obtainable from Council's website at any time.

When registering, please note-

• Dog registrations are valid for 12 months.
• Dog registration period is 1 July to 30 June.
• Once registered, a life-time dog tag will be issued. This must be kept as new tags will not be re issued each year. If your life-time tag is lost please see below for replacement information. 
• Please keep the life-time dog tag on your animal at all times.
• Renewal notices will be issued before renewal period.
• Please ensure your details are up to date.
• Once your animal is registered an invoice will be emailed to you for payment of registration fees. 
• For new dog registrations please complete Application for Registration, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Once paid a life-time tag will be issued and your dog registration will be effective.
