LOTE - Languages Other Than English
Whether you want to retain fluency in your first language, keep your culture alive, or develop your skills in another language, you can borrow books and dvds in other languages at every Cassowary Coast Library branch. We can help you access fiction and non-fiction books and dvds for adults and children in more than 50 languages through our bulk loan service with the State Library of Queensland. If you can't see your language, please talk to our friendly staff and we would be happy to place a request for you. Go to our Collections page for more information.
Ready Reading Program
Do you have a passion for encouraging and helping children to read? Volunteering Queensland is looking for suitable people interested in supporting children's reading and making a difference in our local community. Free information sessions are being held at:
Innisfail - Tuesday 19 March - 9am-1pm
Tully - Wednesday 20 March - 9am-1pm.

We are excited to announce a new partnership with Aussie-Driver.com, a company dedicated to driver safety and education. Aussie Driver offers FREE practice driving tests based on Queensland's official driver manual. Aussie Driver is a great resource for Learners, new drivers and experienced drivers. Access to this resource is available on our eLearning page.
