Current Expression of Interest Opportunities

Cassowary Coast Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the future use of the Council-owned property at 7 River Avenue, Innisfail, located on the scenic banks of the South Johnstone River near the town centre.

Previously operated as a caravan park, the site offers an exciting opportunity for qualified applicants to propose innovative uses, whether as a caravan park or a tourism, cultural, environmental, or community-focused enterprise.

Code of Conduct for Contractors

This Code tells contractors what Council expects from them when they work together. The code is for anyone supplying goods, services, trades, or advice to Council. This starts when you first get involved, including when you send in tenders or quotes. The Code of Conduct for Contractors works with:

Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services
Council’s Procurement Process Conditions
And any other contract entered into with Council.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Purchases of Goods and/or Services

The Terms and Conditions are used in engagement with a supplier through our purchase orders
The Terms and Conditions will not apply where Council has a written contract with other terms and conditions to the supplier

The Annual Forward Procurement Plan lists the upcoming projects and purchases.

This document is reviewed about every 6 months and can change at any time
Listed projects may be changed, cancelled or internally completed with Council resources
