Roof Renewal Program
Cassowary Coast Regional Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake roof renewal works at four Council facilities.
The works are divided into four separable portions, with tenderers able to submit pricing for one, several or all portions.
Tender closes: Friday 25 September 2026
Preferred completion: 30 January 2027
Final completion: No later than 30 March 2027, unless otherwise approved by Council.

REQUEST FOR TENDER - Cowley Beach Caravan Park

Cassowary Coast Regional Council (“Council”) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced individuatls, organisations or companies to lease, manage and operate the Cowley Beach Caravan Park (“the Site”). The Site is located at 2 Bambarook Road, Cowley Beach Qld 4871, on Lot 558 on SP253524, and is a Crown Land reserve held under the Land Act 1994, with Council acting as trustee.
The reserve purpose is Recreation and Camping, and the Site is currently operated as a caravan park under a caretaker / manager model.
Council is seeking to:
- Identify capable operators to manager and enhance the Site
- Deliver a high-quality, safe and compliant caravan park
- Improve visitor experience and operational efficiency
- Encourage innovative and sustainable tourism outcomes
- Support community engagement and regional economic development
