Master Plans and Strategies

Council develops master plans and strategies to help share its vision for the region. These plans guide and support Cassowary Coast Regional Council to achieve the community’s desired outcomes.

These plans and strategies:

• describe the visions and desired outcomes for the region
• discuss objectives and strategic priorities
• articulate the services, actions and key projects that will be delivered by Council.

These plans are helpful for the community to know what is happening. They also guide long term development and while balancing immediate and future needs.
