Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced applicants setting out their vision for the future use and enhancement of the property and subsequently benefits to our region.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to:

  • Identify capable operators of the whole area of the hall (Council will continue to mow and maintain the park)
  • Explore opportunities to improve service delivery, regional visitor experience, and operational efficiency
  • Assess innovative ideas that enhance the property’s sustainability, resilience, and alignment with regional tourism/economic, community, environmental and/or cultural objectives

Council is seeking proposals that will revitalise this prominent site through sustainable and productive use, delivering arts/recreation, economic, tourism, cultural and/or community outcomes aligned with Council’s strategic objectives

Contract Name: DRFA REPA Sealed Roads Restoration

Cassowary Coast Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the restoration of sealed roads across various locations within the Cassowary Coast region.

The works are to be completed in accordance with the tender specifications and Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA) guidelines.

Council's preference is to award the works to a single contractor; however, Council reserves the right to award all or part of the works to multiple contractors if required to meet delivery timeframes, resource requirements or project objectives.

Council is seeking electrician services to renew switchboards located in the Pease Park (Innisfail Showgrounds).

Applicants should:

  1. Inspect each switchboard to determine the scope of work for each switchboard.
  2. CCRC may elect to carry out works to some but not all switchboards at this time. 

Therefore:

  • Quotations are required for each individual switchboard as numbered. 
  • Quotations should identify the priority order (1 highest and 8 lowest) in which each of the CCRC switchboards should be fixed. Please do not equalise in priority.
