Mission Beach and Tully Waste Transfer Stations Update

Flash flooding caused by heavy rain has compromised access to the Mission Beach and Tully Waste Transfer Stations.

As a safety precaution, these sites are closed on Tuesday, 30 December 2025. We aim to open as usual tomorrow.

Need to dispose of waste today? Innisfail and Bells Creek are open, with Council prioritising resources at these locations.

Do not drive on flooded roads. If it’s flooded, forget it.
