Request for Expressions of Interest - South Johnstone Community Hall

Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from not-for-profit incorporated community organisations interested in occupying South Johnstone Community Hall, 52 Hynes Street. Commercial use is not permitted.
Tenure may be approved for sole or shared use, with agreements offered for $1 per year plus outgoings (electricity, water and waste).
The initial agreement term is one year, with potential for further tenure subject to usage and compliance.
