Cassowary Coast Regional Council wishes to advise that there may be interruptions to the traffic and property access while Council’s Contractors undertake upgrades for the Agnes & Bartle Street Water Main Renewal. Works are scheduled between Late February – 30 March 2026.

Council will endeavour to minimise possible temporary impacts with:

  • Temporary interruptions to water supply (After mandatory notifications)
  • Temporary impacts to traffic.
  •  Access to kerbside parking;
  • Construction noise;
  • Disruption to driveway access;
  • Loss of water supply; and

For the safety of workers and road users, changed traffic conditions will be in place while the works are carried out.
