Council endorses 2025 Service Catalogue

Council is pleased to announce that at the Local Government Meeting held on Thursday, 27 November the 2025 Service Catalogue was formally endorsed.

The 2025 Service Catalogue provides a clear overview of the services Council delivers to our community, including what each service involves and who is responsible for delivering them.

This is an important step in improving transparency, helping residents better understand how Council operates and the value these services bring to our region.

 The Service Catalogue also supports Council’s ongoing commitment to lifting service quality, strengthening consistency across departments, and ensuring our work remains aligned with the Corporate Plan 2025–2030.

 We look forward to sharing more information with the community as we continue to refine and enhance our service delivery.
