Public Notice: Innisfail Library Closure

Cassowary Coast Regional Council advises that the Innisfail Library will be closed on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.

This temporary closure is required to allow for the renewal of the main air-conditioning chiller at the facility. The new unit was installed today, Monday 22 September, with commissioning, connections and testing scheduled to take place tomorrow.

We thank the community for their understanding and patience while these important works are completed.

Normal library services are expected to resume following the completion of works.
