Cassowary Coast Regional Council is requesting quotations for Caretaker/Management Services at the Kurrimine Beach Caravan Park.

The park comprises a total of 25 powered sites, an office/caretaker site, amenities block, and coin-operated laundry.

 The proposed term is to commence from 1 February 2026 and expire on 31 January 2027. The expiry date of 31 January 2027 depends on the progress of works at the adjacent boat ramp and carpark and Council's assessment of the future use of the caravan park.

Council may extend the expiry date for a period of up to 9 months depending on the outcome of that assessment.

Quotations Closing Date: 5pm on Wednesday 10 December 2025

 The format for submissions must be in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF. Please ensure files are clearly named with the RFQ name and brief description of the document.
