Rates Notices – Substituted Service

Council must serve the following rate notices by substituted service in accordance with Section 239 of the Local Government Act 2009 as Council does not know, or is uncertain about, the current address of the person named in each of the following rate notices:

  1. Rate notice – Assessment 113180 – January to June 2023 – Issued 25 January 2023(PDF, 3MB)
  2. Rate notice – Assessment 113180 – July to December 2023 – Issued 16 August 2023(PDF, 3MB)
  3. Rate notice – Assessment 113180 – January to June 2024 – Issued 24 January 2024(PDF, 1MB)
  4. Rate notice – Assessment 113180 – July to December 2024 – Issued 7 August 2024(PDF, 2MB)
  5. Rate notice – Assessment 113180 – January to June 2025 – Issued 29 January 2025(PDF, 2MB)
  6. Rate notice – Assessment 113180 – July to December 2025 – Issued 20 August 2025(PDF, 1MB)

If the rates and charges remain unpaid for 3 years or more, the property will become eligible for sale of land for rate arrears action. This will lead to the property being sold by public auction.
