Foxtail Avenue Cabins Now Listed for Sale

The Foxtail Avenue cabins at Port Hinchinbrook are now listed for sale via Pickles Auctions.

Council has been working with Pickles to facilitate the sale and is pleased to share that the listing is now live. Due to strong public interest, we encourage anyone interested to visit the auction page for full details:

Please note:

  • The sale is being managed entirely by Pickles Auctions on Council’s behalf.
  • A condition of sale will be that the buyer is to remove cabin at their own cost.
  • Any enquiries regarding the cabins, sale conditions, inspections or removal must be directed to Pickles at 0466 796 646.

Due to factors outside of Council’s control any Council expenditure past June 30 is ineligible for reimbursement. To mitigate financial risk to ratepayers, purchasers will be required to pay a substantial refundable bond to cover costs of removal if buyers do not undertake these works promptly.
