We are inviting Tenders from suitably qualified Tenderers for the restoration of roads damaged by Tropical Cyclone Koji and the December 2025 Monsoon Event under the Reconstruction of Essential Public Assets (REPA) program. The Works are described in the Tender Documents, including the General Specification, Technical Specification and Schedule K1 – Contract Works Pricing Schedule, and shall be completed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and applicable Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA) requirements.

The Site is located at 2 Bambarook Road, Cowley Beach Qld 4871, on Lot 558 on SP253524, and is a Crown Land reserve held under the Land Act 1994, with Council acting as trustee.

The Terms and Conditions are used in engagement with a supplier through our purchase orders
