REQUEST FOR QUOTE - CARETAKER / MANAGEMENT SERVICES - RIVER DRIVE CARAVAN PARK

Cassowary Coast Regional Council is seeking quotations for Caretaker / Management Services at the River Drive Caravan Park, located in Innisfail.

The contract term is proposed from 1 July 2025 to 31 January 2026, with the potential for extension.

The landscaped park includes:

  • 49 powered sites
  • Undercover camp kitchen
  • Office/Caretaker residence (2-bedroom, 1-bathroom with reception/kiosk)
  • Two amenities blocks
  • Coin-operated laundry

The park will operate during the Trading Period: 1 July to 30 November 2025, and close during the Closure Period: from 1 December 2025. The scope of services will vary between these periods, as outlined in the Technical Specification.

The successful applicant will represent Council and must demonstrate alignment with Council’s organisational values and Code of Conduct.
