Register of Prequalified Suppliers for Plant and Truck Hire – COW000100  &  Register of Prequalified Suppliers for Trade and Professional Services – COW000099

Cassowary Coast Regional Council invites tenders from a variety of suitably qualified and experienced businesses to be appointed to one of two Register of Prequalified Suppliers (ROPS).

This is a refresh tender, suppliers already appointed do not need to submit another tender.

Register of Prequalified Supplier (ROPS) Information Sessions

To assist suppliers in understanding Council’s Procurement Practices and the above-mentioned tender opportunities.

Sessions will be hosted at the following locations and times:

  • Tuesday 29 July 2025, via Microsoft Teams 3:00PM – 4:00PM RSVP to purchasing@ccrc.qld.gov.au by no later than 4:30 PM Thursday 28 July
  • Friday 1 August 2025, at BizHub - 70 Rankin Street Innisfail (Innisfail Shire Hall) 3:00PM – 4:00PM - RSVP to purchasing@ccrc.qld.gov.au by no later than 4:30pm 30 July

Tender documentation may be obtained via VendorPanel at www.vendorpanel.com.au and responses must be lodged platform by no later than 5:00PM AEST on 13 August 2025.
