Scheduled works will be carried out on a 100 mm water main as part of the current water main upgrades in the vicinity of Mourilyan Road and Benwell Street, East Innisfail. These works are a being carried out to disconnect the existing 100mm cast iron water main out of the water reticulation system.
There will be traffic control in place along Mourilyan Road, near the Benwell Street intersection during these works. The work time in this area will be between 11 am and 3 pm.
No properties will lose water during this work as the new main has already been connected.
