NOTICE OF WATER MAIN RENEWAL WORKS - Tobruk Street, Wangan

Cassowary Coast Regional Council wishes to advise that Council’s contractors will be undertaking an upgrade of the water main on Tobruk Street, Wangan from 18 June to 30 July 2025.

Any planned water interruptions will be communicated in advance in accordance with Council requirements.

During this period, Council will make every effort to minimise temporary impacts. However, residents and road users may experience:

  • Temporary traffic impacts
  • Short-term road closures
  • Limited access to kerbside parking
  • Construction noise
  • Disruption to driveway access
  • Possible temporary water supply interruptions

Changed traffic conditions will be in place for the safety of workers and road users.
