ANYTIME, ANYWHERE: NEW REQUEST PORTAL LAUNCHES THIS MONTH

Back

Cassowary Coast Regional Council is preparing to launch a new and improved Request Management Portal for the public, with go-live scheduled for 29 August 2025.

The new system is built to support future automation and features a streamlined interface that aligns with modern online standards. This means your customer requests will be easier to submit and follow up if needed.

The mobile-enabled Request Management Portal will be available for all community service requests from pothole reports to overgrown footpaths. The platform is fully mobile-friendly, meaning it can be used anywhere, anytime, on any device with internet access. Customers will be guided through a request, with a series of simplified drop-down menus and prompts. The current MyCouncil Portal will be retired.

This upgrade is part of a broader transition to the latest TechnologyOne platform, aimed at improving service delivery, reducing operational costs, and enhancing digital security.

Council appreciates the community’s patience during this digital transition. While change can require some adjustment, the new portal has been designed with ease of use in mind and it’s a step forward in making Council services more accessible, secure, and efficient.
