Cassowary Coast Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing air conditioning (chiller) unit at the Innisfail Library.

This project will ensure improved comfort and functionality within this important public facility, supporting a more energy-efficient and reliable cooling system for the benefit of the community.

Mandatory Site Inspection:

A site inspection will be held on Wednesday 21 May 2025. Attendance is mandatory. Please RSVP via the email provided in the tender documents.

Tender Closing Date:

Requests for Tender documents must be lodged via VendorPanel by 10:00 am, Monday 9 June 2025.

Council encourages all interested parties to review the tender documents thoroughly and attend the site inspection.
