Dog registrations are due by 30 June 2025!

It’s time to renew your dog’s registration. You do not need to wait for your renewal notice — you can pay now.

How to pay:

Online: Visit cassowarycoast.qld.gov.au/registrations

All you need is your animal ID number, found on your previous registration notice or on your dog’s tag.

In person:

Pay at any of our Customer Service Centres in:

  • Innisfail (Shire Hall, 70 Rankin Street, Innisfail)
  • Tully (Tully Civic Centre, 38-40 Bryant Street,Tully)
  • Cardwell (Cardwell Library, 4 Balliol Street, Cardwell)

If you prefer to pay in cash, simply take your renewal notice to any Australia Post outlet in the Cassowary Coast.

Registering your dog helps Council return lost pets, support responsible pet ownership, and keep our community safe.

Reminder: Penalties apply for unregistered dogs or dogs found wandering at large.
